She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Neely and Ethel Jenning Neely; and her brother Thomas Neely (Judy). She is survived by: her boyfriend Robert "Bob" Dugan of Callery; her daughter Kim Shaffer of Evans City; her stepdaughters, Tammy Jakicic (Anthony) of Natrona Heights and Teri Sweeny (Eric) of Freeport; her grandchildren, Nicole Shaffer of Callery, Brittany Nolder (Tim) of Pgh, Amber Haught-Hosholder (Eric) of New Kensington, David Haught, Jr. (Ashley) of New Kensington, Michael Haught (Kendra) of Natrona Heights, Emily Sweeny of Freeport and Shane Sweeny of Freeport; and her great grandchildren, Memphis Hosholder, Kinsley and Ryleigh Haught.
