He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Wagner and Sara Fleishner Wagner; and his brothers, Robert and Ronald Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Karen L. Stauffer Wagner; his children, April Foley (Michael) of Callery, Gwen Whittaker (Kyle) of Mars and Brian Wagner (Sally) of Ellwood City; his grandchildren, Christine, Daniel Foley (Tiffani), Troy and Luke Whittaker; his great grandchildren, Mason, Brady Mosberger and Mia Foley; and his brother Donald Wagner (Gerry) of Shaler.
