He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Kramer (Haller) and Christian George Kramer Sr.; and his grandparents, Ruth Birkland (Mueller) and C. Otto Birkland. He is survived by:, Matthew Birkland Kramer (Sheri), Marta Kramer Harris (Bob) and Karly Kramer Spell (Harry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
