He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul C. Troutner and Madelyn Troutner (Hutchison); his wife Dolores Troutner (Lindsey); and his siblings, Gary Troutner, Charles Troutner, Margaret Lucille Starborsky, Anna Jane and David Lee Troutner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melody Mokwa, Paula Warren and Lori Meyer (Fred); his siblings, Lois Scott (Gary), Joanne Dempsey (Norm), Eugene Troutner (Maria) and Ed Troutner; his sister-in-law Joanne Warren (Lindsey); and his grandchildren, Claire Mellors (Rob), Cory Mokwa, Michael Warren Jr., Mathew Warren (Katie), Jennifer Warren, Jim Meyer, Justin Meyer, Trevor Meyer and Brandon Meyer.
The family suggests memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Crawford County, 766 Liberty Street, Meadville, PA 16335.
