He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Joseph Bissell and Marie Bissell (Miller); his sister Joanna Rainville; his nephews, Sean and Joseph Handlin; and his pet Trixie.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Lee Bissell (Binker); his children, Charles "Chuck" Joseph Bissell III (Michele) of Dillsburg, Paul Michael Bissell (Laura) of Dillsburg and Kathleen Stephany Bissell of Camp Hill; his grandchildren, Adam Bissell, Jordan Bissell (Lexi), Audrey Bissell and Joshua Bissell; his siblings, William Bissell (Peggy) of Morton, PA, Thomas Bissell (Karen) of Woodlyn, PA, Marian Handlin (Michael) of Newark, DE, Regina Martin (John) of Belleview, FL, Rosemarie Martin (Danny) of Clermont, FL and Frances Lang (Rick) of North Wildwood, NJ; his close friend Joe; his children, Adam, Jordan, Audrey and Joshua; Jordan and Kathleen (Jason Heberling).
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Good Shepherd (3435 E Trindle Rd, Camp Hill, PA 17011). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (1804 Fisher Ave, Annville, PA 17003). A reception will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 2:15 PM to 4:00 PM at the Church of the Good Shepherd (3435 E Trindle Rd, Camp Hill, PA 17011).
