He is survived by: his children, James Lloyd Hoover (Diane) and Judy Beth Dunlevy (Daniel); his siblings, Shirley Rumminger (David), Jean Horton (Don), Dell Hoover (Doris) and Roger Hoover (Sydna); his granddaughters, Katelin Bittinger (Christopher), Cassandra Hoover (Greg Kimmel) and Megan Grosso (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Audrey, Elise and Luca.
