He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland E. Bream and Marjorie J Bream (Snyder); his significant other Mary Jane Bream (Rickenbach); and his grandson Kurtis A. Hoy. He is survived by: his children, Lois Hoy (Jerome) of Camp Hill and Michael Bream (Stephanie) of Media; and his sister Marjorie Ann Wolfer of Camp Hill. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
