He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J Aikens Sr. and Laura C Crozier; his wife Anna M (Smith); his great grandchild Savannah Aikens; and his sister Nancy Price.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Abbott of Dover, PA, Steven Aikens of Enola, PA, Danny Aikens of Camp Hill, PA and Tami Mellott of Gardners, PA; and his sisters, Margaret Swart of Steelton, PA, Shirley Gross of Bethlehem, PA and Doris Bender of Millsboro, DE. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
