He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald H. Clouse and Charlotte Hyatt Clouse; his brothers, Bruce Allen Clouse and Gerald (Gerry); and his niece Tiffany Clouse.
He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Clouse (Carmen) of Marlboro, NY, Brian Clouse (Cindy Schmidt) of Rome, PA and Marsha Vough (Greg) of Augusta, NJ; his sister-in-law Vicki Clouse of Camptown, PA; and his aunt Pat Tulp of Media, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
