She was predeceased by : her husband Michael R. Bender; her parents, Lawrence Moore and Virginia Moore (Hawkes); and her siblings, Arden Moore, Jerry Moore, Raybon Moore, Pat Moore and Johnny Moore.

She is survived by : her children, Jennifer Delp of Albrightsville, Alex M. Bender (Lizz) of Lancaster and David Bender (Nicolle) of Manheim; her grandson Ronald "R. J."; her brother-in-law Jim Bender of Cresco; and her siblings, Gail Reaves of Calabash, NC and Chester Moore of Shallotte, NC.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial remembrances be made to the Barrett Friendly Library.
