He is survived by: his wife Freda Dempster (Wheeler); his children, Casey Dempster Fitzpatrick (Tom) and Alexander F. Dempster, III (Cynthia DeLotto); his grandchildren, Jack, Gavin, Alexander, Quinn, Ella and Henry; and his siblings, Michael Dempster (Del) and Sally Buchanan (Steve).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
