He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles A. Bails and Margaret Milligan Bails; his sister Marti Cowden (Gerry) of Akron, Ohio; and his nieces, Meredith Cowden and Margaux Cowden (Beck Bailey).
Due to uncertainties associated with the pandemic, there will be no public visitation and services are private.
