He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Sluciak and Helen Pochiba Sluciak; his spouse Jean Marie LaJevic Sluciak; his children, Andrew Sluciak (Jeanine) of Henderson, Thomas Sluciak (Donna) of Strabane and Tracy Rossa (Steve) of Canonsburg; his siblings, Dennis Sluciak of Canonsburg and Darlene Barni (Alan) of Canonsburg; his grandchildren, Jeramy Sluciak (Zeidy), Jenna Farrally (Cameron), Jaclyn Pracel (Mark), Thomas Sluciak, Jr. (Chelsie Barringer), Stephen Rossa, II and Jeannie Rossa; and his great grandchildren, Sierra Cannon, Kieran Farrally and Colin Farrally. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
