"Blackie" Balsama of Houston and Thelma Bell Balsama; his children, Kaitlyn Marie Balsama of Phoenix Arizona and Blake Anthony Balsama of Canonsburg; his siblings, Sherry Lemasters (Larry) of Dallas, Frank A. Balsama (Tina) of Clearwater, Fla. and Amanda L. Brookman (Marianne Balsama) of Houston; and his nieces and nephews, Lucas, Scott, Londyn Lemasters, Ashley Yevins, Bradley Balsama, Ava and Jake Brookman.
