T.) of Canonsburg, Penny Richmond of Cincinnati, OH and Terry Melvin of Canonsburg; her grandchildren, Jamie Totterdale, Amanda, Leslie and Cassie Richmond; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Jackson, Brantly Puckett, Riley, Maisie Bea Lyke and Payton Sue Roney; her son David G. Melvin; and her brothers, Lawrence and John Karl.
