It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernadine Lesnik (Canonsburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 10, 2018, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Raymond Gouirand; her brothers, Louis, Edward, Frank and Harry Kolaczynski; and her grandson Don Crothers.
She is survived by: her parents, Anthony Kolaczynski and Anna Perkowski Kolaczynski; her children, Raymond "George" Gouirand (Eileen) of Mc Donald, Anthony Lesnik, III (Susan) of Imperial, Robert Lesnik (Susan), Beverly Crothers of Houston and Bernadine Carney (Philip) of Fairfield, California; her grandchildren, Raymond Crothers (Amy), Justin Crothers (Lindsey), Alyson Chittister, Amy Oberly (Patrick), Daryl Lesnik (Jen), Hilary Lesnik, Wendy Lesnik, Amanda Carney, Kaitlyn Carney, Wyatt Carney, Courtney Lesnik and Bobby Lesnik; her great grandchildren, Luke, Claire, Levi and Elliot; and her spouse Anthony Lesnik.
