He is survived by: his parents, Anton Bakaitis and Anna Zamas Bakaitis; his spouse Peggy Jo Francis; his son Bernard C. Bakaitis (Erika) of Canonsburg; and his grandchildren, Zachary Bakaitis, Sierra Bakaitis, Breanna Bakaitis and Rachel Bakaitis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
