She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hajek and Bessie Moravec Hajek; her husband John Samila; and her granddaughter Caitlin Marie Samila. She is survived by: her children, Lovey Marie Samila (Ken Repko) of Canonsburg and Mark John Samila (Regina) of Canonsburg; her granddaughters, Jennifer Samila (Callie), Meeghan Samila (Alex) and Valentine Remmel; and her sister Virginia Early. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
