She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Politan and Elizabeth Powell Politan; her husband Dominick Louis "Eightball" D'Orazio; and her siblings, Dominic Politan, Thelma Hundagen, Pete Politan, Rosella Finney, Mildred Martiscuis, Joseph Politan, Marie Polly and Lucille Tomsic.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Levkulich (James) of Canonsburg and Dennis D'Orazio (Robin) of Canonsburg; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Duggar (Kenny), Shelley Carbaugh (Stacy), Maria Turner (David), Michael Levkulich (Elizabeth) and Daniel D'Orazio (Tricia); her great grandchildren, Abigail, Braden, Hunter, Leah, Mason and Nora; her sisters-in-law, Ann Chuppetta (late Frank) and Ann "Cookie" D'Orazio (late Joe); and her nephew Reverend Jospeh Luisi.
