He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cole and Anne Lease Cole; his wife Carolyn Boniey Cole; his son Charles C. Cole; and his sisters, Jeannie Michaux and Marlene Marsh.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Cole (Allison) of Canonsburg and Chantal McAllister (Michael Griggs) of Indianapolis; his siblings, Richard "Bun" Cole (Donna) of Wintersville, Ohio, Ruth "Chicky" Ballato (Chris) of Wellsburg and Barbara McDonald (Howard) of Monroe; and his grandchildren, Aidan, Ashley Cole, Zach and Alexis Homol.
