He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carole Davis (Polandick); his children, Kathy Polandick, Michael Polandick (Beckie), Jeanine Polandick (John Conley), Grampa Chris of Ben, Sam Polandick, Madeline and Melissa Conley; his great grandchild Ava Conley; his sisters, Barbara Bauzenberger (Rick) and Joan; his nephews, David and Mark Buratti; and his niece Karen Quinlan.
