He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Block and Grace Block; and his sibling Junie Block (Edna). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Katlubeck Block; his children, Melissa Boland (Jason) and Dana A. Block, Jr. (Amanda Claytor); his grandchildren, JC Boland (Mia), Alyssa Bush (Dominic), Daniel Block and Nathan Block; his great grandchildren, Arabella Boland, Marilyn Boland, Evyana Bush and Zeplynn Bush; and his brother Gary Block (Florence). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
