He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Charles and Joann Tongel Charles; his children, Tonya Ramey (James) of Pflugerville and David J. Charles II of Canonsburg; his grandchildren, Haley, Jackson and Hanna Ramey; his sisters, Diane Charles-Cossu (Frank) of Canonsburg, Darlene Rozik (Richard) of Washington, Doreen Corey (John) and Danile Charles Meny of Canonsburg; and his brother-in-law Richard Meny. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
