It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Kramer (Canonsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Cecil, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 11, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kramer and Anna Kramer; his son Frank Kramer; his daughter-in-law Kristy Kramer; his grandchild Taylor Kramer; and his sister Christina Belch.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Sims Kramer; and his siblings-in-law, James Sims (Lois) of Washington and Virginia Frazier of Washington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
