He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wakulik and Italia Wakulik (Dolly); and his wife Teri Anne. He is survived by: his sons, George (Melissa) of South Park, Chris (Kelly) of South Carolina and Matt of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by companion of 16 years and Linda's two granddaughters and one grandson.
