He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Makiel and Anna Makiel. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Gyure; his niece Anna Gyure; his nephews, Christopher Stern and Kent Weathers; and his pets, Jazzpurr, Callie Joe, Geoffrey and Spotty.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home (420 Locust Ave, Washington, PA 15301).
