He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Giaquinto and Mary Scalise Giaquinto; his wife Dorothy L. Verno Giaquinto; and his siblings, Rose Duchi, Joseph (Peppy) and Pete Giaquinto.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Giaquinto (Leslie) of Canonsburg and Barbara Giaquinto of Bridgville; his granddaughters, Melissa Giaquinto, Michelle Madonna (Michael) and Julia Gabor; and his brother Frank Giaquinto of Clarksburg, WV. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
