He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John C. Franko and Esther Szafraniec Franko; his wife Marilyn Shae Yancosek; his children, J. Scott Franko of Canonsburg and Hope Slay (Carlos) of Callahan, FL; his grandchildren, Cassi Berlofsky (Stephen) and Kristin McCoy; his great grandchildren, Robert Allen Davies IV, Issac Anthony Berlofsky and Issabelle Shae Berlofsky; and his siblings, Ronald Franko (Sherie) of Hartwell, GA, Russell Stevens Jr. (Cindy) of Meadow Lands and Pamela Andrews (Brian) of Brownsville. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
