He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Simko and Mary Simko; and his siblings, Stephen R. Simko and Mary Simko Curry. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor M. Simko; his children, Lorie Strennen (Jerry), John (Dawn) and Mike; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Zachary, Samuel and Brandon. He is also survived by many friends, nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic masks must be worn at Church and will be limited to 25 persons at a time, due to Pennsylvania State restrictions.
In lieu of flowers family suggest memorials be made to Shriners Hospital, St. Jude Children , and Paralyzed Veterans in Johns memory.
