He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Jr. Michalka and Rebecca Campbell Michalka; his son Jay Anthony Michalka (Jennifer) of Brentwood; his grandchildren, Josephine Marie, John Paul and Jacob Anthony Michalka; his siblings, Marilyn Egan (Bob) of Cranberry Twp, Roberta Cadman (Bailey) of Jefferson Texas and Rodney Michalka (Kate) of Belton, MO; and his brother-in-law James Puchany (Maura) of Cecil. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
