He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Joseph S Moore, Jr. and Margaret Hobek Moore. He is survived by: his sons, Brian J Moore (Suzanne) of Montrose and Darren E. Moore (Jamie) of Witchita, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Max and Kaylie.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests memorial contributions be made to the veterans, at Washington City Mission, in Joseph S. Moore's name.
