He is survived by: his spouse Antoinette "Sue" M. Liscotti; his sons, Joseph Siwiak (Jeanine) of Latrobe, Steven Siwiak (Nicole) of Canonsburg, Thomas Siwiak, Anthony Siwiak (Shellie) of Charleroi, James Siwiak (Gena) of Canonsburg and John Siwiak (Lora) of Cranberry; and his sister Joan Polen (George) of North Carolina. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
