He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Lewis Mack. He is survived by: his mother Carla Conte Henderson (Dave); his siblings, Allexus Mack (Ben) and Angelo Mack; his grandmother Rose Conte; and his pet Bear. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
