She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sisko and Laura Agnus Sisko; and her husband James V. Kuhns. She is survived by: her children, James V. Kuhns Jr. (Betty) of Washington, Pamela Mitchell (Tim) of Canonsburg, Brenda Hupp (Alan) of Washington, Debra A. Feiling (Charles) of Washington, Judy E. Reich (Jeffrey) of Canonsburg, Linda S. Kuhns of Washington and Sandy Castiglione (Frank) of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Andy Hete and Michele Hupp; and her sisters, Alberta Lewis and Eleanor Conners. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, one great great grandson and several nieces and nephews.
