It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret M. Barton (Canonsburg, Pennsylvania), born in London, London, who passed away on April 17, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Milne and Mary Louisa Waterworth Milne; and her husband Frederick A. Barton. She is survived by: her children, Mary Hutchinson (Arthur) of Lichfield, U. K., Christopher Barton of London, U. K., Frank Barton of Canonsburg, Frederick Barton (Holly Snow) of Hickory, Andrew Barton (Nicole), David Barton (Christine) of Canonsburg and Penelope Murphy (David) of Phoenix, MD; her sister Joyce McFadden; her sons, John and James Barton; and her brother Peter Milne. She is also survived by nineteen Grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there will be a private family visitation, limited to 10 persons on Tuesday April 21, 2020 in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. Joseph P. Salandra LFD owner/ supervisor 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg 724-745-8120 where a Catholic blessing service will take place at 10 am for friends and family through the funeral home website and Facebook.
