She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Kleparek and Regina Kleparek; and her granddaughter Anna. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Kwiatkowski; her children, Lynn Jones (Craig), Sherry Kwiatkowski Lingg and Holly Falkenstein (Paul); her grandchildren, Christopher (Lydia), Mason, Kylie, Joel, Mitchell, Caleb, Leo, Paige, Nicholas, Joshua and Alek; and her siblings-in-law, Paul Kwiatkowski (Lannie) and Mary Ann MacDowell.
