She is survived by: her children, Richard A. Churbock of Marietta, GA, Barry J. Churbock of Newport, KY, Randall L. Churbock (Freddye) of Brooks, GA and Jacquie A. Churbock of Canonsburg; her sister Stella Digirolamo of Bradenville; her grandchildren, Ashley, Jessica and Bridgette; and her great grandchildren, Audrey and Colson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
