He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Lesko and Eva Gresko Lesko; and his brothers, William Lesko and Theodore Lesko. He is survived by: his children, Holly Palivoda (James) of Canonsburg and Nicholas T. Lesko II (Kelly) of McDonald; his grandchildren, Madison, Noah, Jonah Palivoda, Nicholas and Cody Lesko; his nephew Robert Lesko (Marie Kelly); his great-niece Halie Keane (Cody); his great-nephew Jesse Lesko; and his sister-in-law Barbara Lesko. He is also survived by his grandchildren, grand nephew and grand niece.
