He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard F. "Beany" and Martha Kosanovich Lesniakowski; his wife Evelyn Boyan; his children, Jeffrey Wudkwych (Pamela) of Canonsburg, Michele Pfaff (Robert) of Charlotte, NC and Melissa Sanger (Jason Marinski) of Canonsburg; his grandchildren, Brittanie, Brian Wudkwych, Nicollette, Veronica Pfaff, Jenna and Jessica Lavecchia; and his siblings, Norbert T. Lesniakowski (Mary) of Arkansas, Loretta Manes, Mary Lesniakowski and Robert Lesniakowski. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
