He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack "Jay" and Ruth Gallagher Cholak; his wife Nancy Brautigam; his children, Holly Cholak of San Francisco and Zachary Cholak of Canonsburg; his stepchildren, Veronica Furmanek Sheets (Jake) of Washington, Angela Furmanek Duchi (Jim) of Claysville, Kristina Furmanek (Mike Morales) of Meadowlands and Thomas Furmanek (Steffanie) of Claysville; his brother Phil Cholak (Katheryn) of Bowie, MD; his sister-in-law Betty Cholak of Elk Ridge, MD; and his brothers, Jack and Harry Cholak. He was also cherished by 8 step grandchildren, 5 step great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, masks must be worn, and social distancing will be required at all times.
