He was predeceased by: his father James Mastic. He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Mastic (Pollard) of McDonald; his children, Derek Mastic (Tiffany) of McDonald and Robby Mastic of Canonsburg; his grandchildren, Nathan and Camden Mastic; his brother John Mastic of McDonald; his nephew Cody; his niece Jessica Mastic (Natalie); his former spouse Tracey Mastic (Mike Miller); and his sister-in-law Maria Pond (Greg). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
