He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigmund Sulkowski and Phoebe Dagar Sulkowski. He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly Allen (Crate) of Washington, Dr. William Sulkowski (Patricia) of Upper St and Dr. Edmund Sulkowski; his nieces and nephews, Cassondra Augenstein (Christopher), Leigh Slowey (Kevin), Jeremy Allen and Alexander Sulkowski (Jackie); and his great-nieces, Piper Phoebe Augenstein and Isla Slowey.
