She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Uram and Mary Kecs Uram; her husband William Lazorchak Sr.; and her son William M. "Chip" Lazorchak. She is survived by: her daughter Shirley A. Lazorchak; and her siblings, Anne Uram Kongelka, Mary Uram Kirr, Harry, George, Nicholas and Frank Uram. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, masks are still being required in the funeral home and church.
