She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Carter and Bessie Mae Williams Carter; her husband Ted Thomas; her children, LuAnn Svitek (John A.) of Canonsburg, Susette Charlier (Clark R.) of Finleyville, Beth Ann Moyer (late Chuck) of Canonsburg and Ted Thomas Jr. (Natalie) of Canonsburg; her grandson Dustin Thomas; and her siblings, Laverna Reeves, Donna Mastrangelo, Laura Kennedy, William, Thomas, George, Joseph, Calvin, Donald and Richard Carter. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
