She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Phillips and Dorothy Salisberry Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Howard F. Rhome; her children, David H. Rhome (Kimberly) of Canonsburg, Dale A. Rhome (Jody) of Canonsburg and Darla J. Rhome of Canonsburg; her grandchildren, Amy Lynn Smith (Justin), Stacy Marie Rhome and Carly Elizabeth Rhome; her great grandchildren, Austin David Smith, Brayden Michael Smith and Hunter Joseph Rubis; and her brother Albert Brown of Florida.
