She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Bogo DaPra and Fiori DaPra; her brothers, Primo (Naomi) and Clement (Toni); her husband John Bender (Jack); her son John Lawrence; her daughter-in-law Barbara Sebelia Bender of Washington Pa; her granddaughters, Rebecca Kronman (Jeremy) of Fox Chapel, PA and Lorie Untch (Eric) of Peters Township, PA.; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Benjamin, David, Ava, Alex Kronman, Nathaniel and Stephanie Untch; her nieces and nephews, Mary Ann Dapra Elewski (Chester), Debbie DaPra Hoy, Patti DaPra Ashcom (Jim), C. J. DaPra and Kevin DaPra; her children, Brian (Becca), Jason and Cindy (Josh); and her friends, Ed and Eileen Markle.
Due to uncertainties associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, a Mass of Christian burial and all services are private.
For over 40 years, she volunteered for the American Cancer Society, serving on the Board and coordinating Daffodil Days.
