He was predeceased by: his father Walter F.; his former wife Janet Louise Lober; and his wife Mary Elizabeth Lober. He is survived by: his sons, Walter F. Lober III (Michelle) of Houston, PA and Brian L. Lober (Deanne) of Strabane, PA; and his grandchildren, Walter F. Lober IV, Casey Lober (Chris Iorio), Alex Lober and Lauren Berardi (Anthony).

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc. (336 Wilson Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
