He is survived by: his wife Georgene Lazzara Herriott; his children, Lisa Dvorak (William) of Canonsburg and William Herriott, II (Lori) of Washington; his siblings, David "Bud" Herriott (Sally) of Hickory, Jim Herriott of McMurray, John "Jack" Herriott (Ruth) of South View, Mary Jane Rosenwald of Canonsburg and Bonnie Moses of Columbus, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Sara Herriott, Lexi Herriott and Jade Dvorak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
