He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Toth (Johnston); his great-grandparents, Joe and Mary Toth; his grandparents, Frank, Loretta Toth, Bill and Elsie Johnston; his aunt Ann Griswold; and his uncle John Toth.
He is survived by: his father Albert T. Toth; his stepmother Nellia Toth (Scott) of Canton; his brothers, Albert Toth II of Avis, Chris Toth of Canton and Timothy Toth of Williamsport; his stepbrother Joe Smith of Roaring Branch; his aunt Glenn; and his uncle Bennie Johnston of Canton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
