She is survived by: her children, Deanna Jernick (William) of Nutley, NJ, John Scanlan, Jr. (Satchie) of Queens, NY and Sabrina Scanlan of Ridgefield Park, NJ; her grandchildren, William Jernick, Jr., Jack Jernick and Deanna Jernick; and her siblings, Carmen T. Castro of Queens, NY, Norma Castro of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Olga Castro of Brooklyn, NY, Martha Castro of Brooklyn, NY, Wanda Parisi of Massapequa, NY, Cindy Donnelly of Carbondale, PA and Luis Castro of New Haven, CT. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
